Did you know that I also run an online book club via Discord?!

We read a series together (book 1 = month 1, book 2 = month 2, etc) and then break up the series with a standalone before jumping back into another series together. We generally stick to duologies or trilogies, otherwise it takes too long and is a bigger commitment for everyone to take on as a club, especially if someone wasn't a fan of the 1st book.

I've just put up a poll to choose what our next standalone book will be in August! If you want to join and vote, please click on the 'chat' button next to the Discord symbol at the top of my Bindery page. We use a separate app, literally called Bookclub App, to organise polls for book selections and meeting dates. The link for the app (which is completely free) is in the Discord server. Please do give me a shout if you can't locate it (though it should hopefully be very easy to find) and I can always send it to you directly.

For the August standalone, we are looking at summery vibes for our fantasy book. So there is a few pirates and mermaids and general ocean themed fantasy standalones on the list this time.
